Sure, you could get a bouquet of flowers. They smell nice, look good for a few days and brighten up the place; but they also need fresh water, they makes a mess of your table as they slowly wither and you have to wash the vase. 

Or you could get the Art de France 2 Light Flower Table Lamp. Sure, it might not have a scent, but it looks good for much longer, there's no messy petals sadly falling down, you don't need a vase or even need to give it water (actually, we strongly suggest against doing that). It also literally brightens up the place by lighting up with multiple lights! 

We think it's an easy choice, although, we are usually quite biased towards a lamp that doesn't need watering.
