On our staff we have experienced lighting consultants who offer services to both residential and commercial clients Australia-wide.

Crystal Palace Lighting has over 40 years of experience providing standard and customised lighting solutions. 

What we do

Our services include consultation, design, sourcing, implementation and project management.
Most of all, we offer a complete lighting solution.

While we are based in Melbourne, our customer base extends to all states in Australia; also spanning out to Asia and Europe.

Our friendly and knowledgeable team are passionate about lighting and our customers satisfaction. Through a process of consultancy and information sharing, we strive to identify the correct lighting options for your lighting needs.  

Our range of lighting 

Our product range covers all aspects of lighting. From indoor feature pieces to weatherproof outdoor lights and also various landscape lighting. 

Because we choose to stock a wide range, we source lights and fittings from our global range of suppliers.
Lighting styles range from modern, contemporary, mid century modern, gothic, antique, nordic, eclectic, industrial and traditional.

We have stockists worldwide from various countries, which include: Australia, New Zealand, United States, China, Thailand, India, France, Spain and Italy. 

As we have such an extensive manufacturers and stockists list, we can also have custom lighting created just for you.

Our experienced team makes sure that all products in our range are upheld to the highest standards with the best warranties available.

Our consultants travel overseas specifically to attend leading lighting fairs. We have strategic alliances with lighting designers around the world. These alliances keep us updated with all the breakthroughs in LED technology and the latest trends of interior styling. 

We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers as we are always looking for new innovations, products and technologies.
We provide feedback to them as to what our customers are looking for.

Our team of electricians and project managers will ensure your installation is completed to a high standard.

Shipping policies 

Normally the order will ship within 2-5 working days and can take 1-14 working days to arrive, depending on location. Please allow more time for rural locations.

Return and Refund Policy

Crystal Palace Lighting offers a refund for change of mind for those purchases made either online or in-store within 7 days of receiving the product. Crystal Palace Lighting will refund the full cost of the product only, and withhold the amount equal to the freight charge to your delivery address.

In order to obtain a full refund, these conditions must be met:

The product(s) have not been installed
The product(s) must be in a re-sell-able condition
The packaging for the product(s) must be undamaged and in a re-sell-able condition
The lights need to be returned to our Crystal Palace Lighting within 7 days. Returns via courier are at customer’s expense.
If the product(s) are in re-sell-able and working condition, Crystal Palace Lighting will refund the full amount of the product price, less any courier costs.

If the product(s) / packaging are not in a re-sell-able condition, Crystal Palace Lighting will refund only for the purchase price of the light, and charge a 20% restocking fee (of the total sales amount). All conditions outlined above must be met to obtain part refund.

For ANY returns within the 7-day policy:
- Subject to approval and in conjunction with conditions above, if requested, a refund will be given (less amount for freight) for change of mind. Exchanges welcome. Customer is liable for any extra costs associated with exchanging a product.

For ANY returns outside the 7-days, but within 1 month of receiving:

- Subject to approval and in conjunction with conditions above, 25% re-stocking fee will be charged and any amount remaining is for credit note or used towards an exchange only. Customer is liable for any extra costs associated with exchanging a product.

For ANY returns after 1-month but within 3 months

- Subject to approval and in conjunction with conditions above, a 40% re-stocking fee will be charged and any remaining amount is for a credit note or used towards an exchange only.

ANY RETURNS EXCEEDING 3+ MONTHS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR CHANGE OF MIND. Any apparent faults that are discovered within the warranty period are subject to approval by Crystal Palace Lighting.

If the lights have been installed or are damaged during / after installation, Crystal Palace Lighting will not refund under any circumstances; for change of mind.
